I've been a fitness professional since 1998. I started my fitness career after being in the fashion world and realizing I was spending more time at the gym then at work. Knowing I had this passion for fitness I wanted to make exercising a full time gig. I have multiple certifications through CanFitPro, a world renown fitness school, and Body Harmonics, a Toronto based Pilates school and studio. Early in my fitness career I was teaching 20 different style classes a week. Aerobics, step classes, muscle conditioning, spinning and Pilates. You name it I was doing it. Over the years, my approach has changed. For some time, while my children were young, I offered small group exercise from my home studio gym. Today, I provide private professional training. I focus on custom, tailored, programs for great people like you. Training one on one gives me the opportunity to make significant changes to the individual. Remember we are all different. There are no two people or workouts alike.
